Towards the end of 2016, the organisers of PHPSW decided to rebuild our existing site to help with maintainability and reliability.
In February 2017, we decided to replace the site with a placeholder until the new version is complete. This placeholder is a scrape of the site, as it was on 10th February 2017.
This repo is that placeholder site.
