Horizonal and vertical lines in chart

Describe the feature

It will be awesome to be able to draw a lines on a chart. For example, I write my medical analysis data and I want to write two horizontal line, representing reference values (max and min recommended).

Does this fix a problem? If so, specify.

I adds a bit of nice functionality ^_^

Did you consider other alternatives?

I tried to use other plugins for chart construction in Obsidian, but none of them are providing such feature.
