Shipping information unclear and not visible

When I try to create a shipping for the organizers, I'm greeted with the attached form. There is a long line of text with a scroll bar which is not really visible, the content is:

The value described at the documents is only for customs purposes and does not create any commercial transaction and therefore any obligation from our company Divani Caravel Hotels SA to the sender-supplier. Customs clearance is done by order and on behalf of [SPONSOR NAME] and will be delivered to the Divani Caravel Hotel for the exhibition / event PostgreSQL Conference Europe 2024 that takes place in the premises of our hotel during the period 22nd - 25th October 2024.

Also the [SPONSOR NAME] here doesn't make sense.
