If flood alarm sounds, operator can initiate flood protocol sequence via TurbineDAQ that will deaccelerate rotor speed/bring to stop and have carriage return to position accessible via observation deck ramp

flood protocol should include stopping the coolant pump. and cutting power automatically to anything we have access to remotely.
