Categorize and group commands into its respective usage

💡 Motivation

Currently, all slash interaction commands exist ungrouped and independently. We need to group these commands into their respective groups for ease of use and so that it makes more sense

Don't know exactly how to implement this one, but this is an example from carl-bot. This is what I'm looking for
