📌 Feature Summary

Add options to the purge command

💡 Motivation

Mods often need to purge messages from a certain point of time. Instead of having to count how many messages to purge, it will be helpful if they can simply specify a date/message link from which point all messages are purged

🧩 Suggested Implementation

Two new options in the purge command:

• Message Link
• Date (keep it in YYYY-MM-DD format)
  Only one can be provided, not both

When message link is specified, delete all the messages in the channel upto that point. You'll first need to check if that message exists in the channel

When date is specified, delete all messages from that date till present
