Comments should use the createAtomicAsset function with the addition of two tags

Data-Source: The parent asset id that the comment is being created on
Root-Source: The parent of the data source, if the comment is on an asset, Root-Source will be the same as Data-Source.

If the comment is a comment on another comment, Data-Source will be the parent comment, and Root-Source will be the asset itself that the original comment was made on.
