PeaZip is a cross platform file and archive manager utility that provides an unified portable GUI for many free, Open Source technologies like 7-Zip, FreeArc, PAQ, UPX.

Development

PeaZip is developed using Lazarus/FreePascal IDE, and was successfully compiled on Windows, Linux and BSD systems, for i386 and x86_64 architecture. Binary packages are available either in portable and installable form for Windows (9x, ReactOS, 2K, XP, Vista, 7, 8), Linux, and BSD. PeaZip is desktop neutral and does not rely on specific desktop environment.

Supported file formats

Open, test and extract over 150 archive types: ACE, ARJ, CAB, DMG, ISO, LHA, RAR, UDF, ZIPX files and more file formats... Create and convert 7Z, ARC, BZ2, GZ, *PAQ, PEA, QUAD/BALZ, TAR, UPX, WIM, XZ, and ZIP files.

Features of PeaZip includes extract, create and convert multiple archives at once, create self-extracting archives, split/join files, strong encryption with two factor authentication, encrypted password manager, secure deletion, find duplicate files, calculate hashes, export job definition as scripts.
