A ton of tiny fixes and enhancements, some highlights:

• More options to fine-tune the preview auto-refresh strategy to your needs
• An option to preserve the scroll position of the previewer after auto-refreshing
• A few checks and custom exception throwing for to prevent confusing error messages
• Simplified documentation for builder previews, trying to remove some of the steps needed to get going
• Improved Tiptap editor support

I've updated my demo project to showcase all of the new stuff in 2 resources:

• PageResource: featuring a full-page Tiptap editor field for content entry
• PostResource: featuring multiple Builder fields to compose page content
