In the config file, archive_command is set to /bin/true, which does nothing but return true.
The PostgreSQL official document doesn't recommend to use /bin/true.
"/bin/true (REM on Windows), effectively disables archiving, but also breaks the chain of WAL files needed for archive recovery, so it should only be used in unusual circumstances."
I wonder if the setting here needs to be changed or what the unusual circumstance is here. Thanks.
