Update ecosystem diagram

We need a new ecosystem diagram

Current:

• Add the CLI at the top level, or perhaps wrapping the whole box.
  • CLI text something like : Intuitive installation, management, and execution of your Pattern Lab Edition ?
• Replace StyleguideKit with UIKit(s) - text can stay the same, or make note you can have more than one?
• Let's be asipirational. Change PatternEngine details to drop Mustache, adding Handlebars and React
