Add remeasured distance traveled to stop_times #30
Description
An enhancement to the ShapeRemeasurer processor would be to let it also fill in the gaps and remeasure the distance in the stop_times.txt. These distances would typically not be the same as in shapes.txt since the stop may be located between two shape nodes.
