Would you be interested in a Dockerfile including an automatic push to Dockerhub/Github container registry?

Hi, thanks for making this wonderful tool.

I'm not a go developer so I'm not familiar with the tool chain. Therefore I use OCI/Docker containers to run gtfstidy. @derhuerst has provided a Dockerfile in his own fork which makes using gtfsidy a breeze.

Would you be interested in a PR that adds the Dockerfile to this repo and builds an image on every merge to master?
