step 1: add/ensure there is a usb redirector on libvirt

on QEMU virt-viewer is required, but here I am using libvirt already, this is not required

step 2: install UsbDk - A Windows filter driver developed for Spice USB redirection (windows client side) from here

step 3: plug in the usb device and choose in Redirect USB device
