Deploy Parvaeres platform in production

We need a place were to start experimenting for real. This will involve:

• decide which cloud are we going to use
• setting up the infrastructure (most probably using Terraform)
• implementing a proper CI/CD flow
• implementing External DNS to expose services outside of the cluster in a proper way
