JSX namespaces with non-React library

Hello. I am using UI library which requires some attributes to be prefixed with a namespace. The example:

<button on:click={() => {}}></button>

I defined the tsconfig.json as follows:

    "jsx": "react-jsx",
    "jsxImportSource":"my-library"

}

And I get the next error:

@parcel/transformer-js: JSX Namespace is disabled by default because react does not support
it yet. You can specify jsc.transform.react.throwIfNamespace to false to override default
behavior

The main question is: where and how I should define jsc.transform.react.throwIfNamespace as false? I feel like it has something to do with the @parcel/transformer-js, but that package doesn't have any documentation.
