Does it to be ok with "defer" attribute? #4823

I have this <script src="index.ts" defer></script> in my src folder.

After compiling I see that: <script src="/src.77de5100.js" defer=""></script>.

All is working well done, but... Defer is boolean attr. It strange to see some blank value here.

Is it normal?
