Can't find Scala SDK for org.scala-lang:scala-library:2.13.5

After refresh pants project got many warns in the console:

 WARN - service.scala.ScalaSdkResolver - Can't find Scala SDK for org.scala-lang:scala-library:2.13.5

I have in global libraries this sdk.

Maybe because of this the project is being updated for so long (updating the project takes about 20 minutes, although on the version of idea 2020 and plugin 1.16 - everything was updated in less than a minute.) ?
