Some problems are fixed and prevented, but some still exist.
I suggest to provide a version manager that can manage versions with the config file.
I used nix, asdf/rtx, docker. But I'm happy with any candidate that can handle all the current dependencies and easily track versions and CI integrations.

Because some of them are generated by tools.
And we may drop gitbook dependency. See #870
