Allow WebApp to toggle color mode on Docs site (estuary#955)

* Adding a swizziled color toggle to control dark/light mode form the webapp

* Adding style to allow the app to hide the navbag and breadcrumb

* Fixing typo

* Adding a root swizzle to make running "on load" script easier
