Active Validator number

The number of validators currently includes the sum of all bonded and unbonded validators.
We need to introduce another metric to display only active and bonded validators.

Whilst implementing this can we also introduce an "unbonded" metric so we can have a true circulating supply calculation.
The current circulating calculation current considers unbonded validators in 21 days unbond period as circulating when in reality it is not circulating until it has been withdrawn from the validator.

Unbonded = unbonded stake still locked into validator.
