Mobile Showcase - A mobile showcase that shows the breadth of widgets available 
in Dojo Mobile (dojox/mobile).
It consists of a traditional mobile styled left-hand navigation pane with samples 
that show in the right pane. The showcase adapts its layout for mobile phones by 
showing only one pane at a time.
