See the reference documentation

  • Sided mods
  • Optional mods
  • Directly included files (e.g. config)
  • Forge? (could just be a comment)
  • preserve = true files (i.e. keys.txt)
  • Files from external servers (not CurseForge or Modrinth)
  • acceptable-game-versions
