@mattt you have been less active on this repo. There are initiatives to craft SBOMs for Swift https://forums.swift.org/t/pitch-software-bill-of-materials-sbom-generation-for-swift-package-manager/83499 and getting this up to date would be great.

Luckily, @TG1999 has been working to bring it up to speed at https://github.com/aboutcode-org/packageurl-swift and there is a PR at #2

Unless you object and steps up, I will ensure that we have continuity in maintenance here.
