How enabled permanent offline mode for EA App?

Your issue

In EA App settings you can go into offline mode, but when you restart EA App with the Internet turned on PC, EA App connect to the server, but if the Internet is disconnected, EA App perfect works is in offline mode again. How can I make EA app start in offline mode when the Internet is turned on?

In Origin client, offline mode could be specified in the properties of the Origin shortcut "/StartOffline", but this command does not work in EA App.

There may be a specific .dll or some code line for C:\ProgramData\EA Desktop\machine.ini for permanent offline mode EA App?
