Bug in v9 - "Warning: scanner run is not a sf command."

Describe the bug

The following error occurs within the Mega-Linter job within GitHub Actions when running a workflow with latest version of MegaLinter:
"› Warning: @salesforce/cli update available from 2.107.6 to 2.112.6.
› Warning: scanner run is not a sf command.
› Error: Run sf help for a list of available commands."

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Actions' within a repo that you have configured for Salesforce Org Monitoring
2. Click on 'Run Workflow' Branch: Main
3. Click 'Run workflow'
4. See error within Mega-Linter job
