support class duplicates?

Sometimes a class feature shares the same exact class_id and geometry with another class feature (some of the properties might be different but they aren't important for the zonal calculation). In this case ,should we ignore the duplicate, potentially speeding up the analysis. Could we has the geometry + class properties combo?

Alternatively:

• we could add a note in the Readme giving recommendations on how to improve performance which would be removing duplicates
