bun opens and closes cmd window, multiple times when serving my app

1.2.2

What platform is your computer?

Windows 11

What steps can reproduce the bug?

when serving my nx angular app with bun, with this command "bun nx run desktop:serve --configuration=prod", bun opens and close cmd window multiple times, and after each change that causes rebuilding, this happens again.
i test it in multiple windows 11 devices and this happens everywhere.
but this does not happen in mac os.

What is the expected behavior?

cmd windows does not open and jobs run in background
