Problem: Search result is not responsive.

Solution: Integrate Elastic Search to NUML Doc for better search results with the real-time prefix search.

@tenphi As we were discussing the value of writing docs and making them responsive in remote teams will strengthen them. This article does a great job of highlighting the importance of documentation for distributed work.
