Feature: allow links for license files #4828

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The project might have several license files all stored in a ./LICENSE/ directory, but the overall project might still be released under a certain license and therefore has a ./LICENSE file.
The license detection breaks if a link is used between a ./LICENSE file and a concrete license file that can be found in the ./LICENSES/xxxx.txt file.
This resulted in my project only getting to 9/10 score, even though all licenses are FSF/OSI approved licenses.

Note: also github has issues with those links and won't show the correct license in the right sidebar.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ensure to follow links to reach the actual license file, before analyzing the license files.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively improve the documentation to make it clear what the issue might be and how to resolve it (I duplicated the license that cam be found in the ./LICENSE/ folder once more within ./LICENSE).
