Rendering the .ort.yml in slow in the WebApp report #11209

Latest version of ORT.
We have a customer that generates excludes and curations in their .ort.yml (I can explain why if this is relevant 😃 ), and consequently their .ort.yml file is pretty large, more than 12000 lines.
The UI to render the repository configuration in the WebApp report is a bit slow and not really usable. I mean the search works but the scrolling is sluggish.
Maybe the WebApp report should provide a link to download the .ort.yml (i.e. generate it from the ORT results) ?
