Upload bug, Cannot redeclare osc_item_deactivate_url()

Hi Community, I had problems uploading the new theme, so I uploaded it manually via FTP, next I wanted to activate it, but I got Error 500, I also can't delete it via admin.

Here is Nginx error log:
