Fedora osbuild tasks fail since datacenter move

We're bringing everything back up after the big Fedora datacenter move, but now we've started trying composes, there's a problem. The osbuild task in the first Rawhide compose failed. The koji-import.log.json file says:

Post "https://koji.fedoraproject.org/kojihub/ssllogin": POST https://koji.fedoraproject.org/kojihub/ssllogin giving up after 5 attempt(s)

we can't figure out a reason for this from the Fedora infra end, hoping you can from the osbuild end. Is there maybe some kind of IP allowlist or some kinda egress config that has iad2 written into it, or something?

I'll move this issue over to osbuild-composer since it's what provides the API for this; I'll also tag @croissanne and @thozza since they know the most about the deployment there (and about koji-osbuild for the latter).
