Use of Proper hosting services for the app

Ever since Heroku dropped down their free tier support, we are looking for hosting our Express.js application somewhere. We could try for vercel/netlify but they seem to only be for static websites. But they seem to have serverless functions, so we could leverage that as well. The most important feature in a hosting service, in my opinion, is PR Previews, faster builds, etc
