Describe your problem

As a user that's using Ory Keto for access control, I would like to have an audit log for events that impact access control. Plain create/delete already log this information, transact/gRPC requests that are being used by Keto CLI do not log this information.

Describe your ideal solution

Ideally I'd like to have the same logging info on transact/gRPC endpoints such as the plain create/delete REST ones.

Workarounds or alternatives

As of now, the only workaround that I found is to log such things on the client side(e.g. when invoking Keto endpoints).

The motivation for this automation is to help prioritize issues in the backlog and not ignore, reject, or belittle anyone.
