GNU coreutils has been replaced with uutils/coreutils

We're now rolling with uutils/coreutils instead of GNU Coreutils, using the latest git version: 6d79b35dbae1ed5ef001e618b4ac47d5e68915cc

Our initial packaging change has landed, but will need some conflict-resolution with bash-completion and util-linux packages as we tidy it up.

Simply run sudo moss sync -u and reboot to confirm all is working ok, and then use your terminal tools as always.

Please do report any incompatibilities and help upstream if and where you can! This is the first in a number of changes to oxidize further components in the OS.

We're building with Rust 1.81.0 and LLVM 18.1.8.
