Demo Relay for showcasing Relay.Tools

This feature would appear on the relaycreator page. Users would not need to sign in to access the demo relay. The demo relay would not be listed in the public relays on the home page, nor belong to any user. It would not retain settings changes when saved, and could not be deleted by users.

With this, relaytools would be able to showcase its Access Control and moderation features without relying on the user committing anything to the service, not even auth with nostr would be required.

Yes.. I forgot users who are not signed in would not be able to access it.

But, it begs the question of where a good place might be. The FAQ directs to Github for now but would otherwise be an option..
