Apologies, found the answer on the docs

The rapidez/rapidez repository contains a fresh Laravel installation with the Rapidez Core and some other packages installed to give you a good start. If you have an existing project or want to start from scratch you can install the Rapidez packages yourself. Just have a look at the composer.json

    "rapidez/account": "^2.1",
    "rapidez/core": "^2.0",
    "rapidez/image-resizer": "^2.0",
    "rapidez/menu": "^2.0"
