Collabora version

Hi everyone,
i installed OpenCloud open source with Collabora in self-hosting. When i create a Word or Open Document, the software version says it's the development version. I checked the configuration file where it lists the version to install, like 25.x.x.x. To install a stable open source version, just delete the version and the stable open source version will be downloaded automatically?

Collabora offers its "CODE" (Collabora Devloper Edition) for free.

To get the COOL (Collabora Online) Edition, a subscription is needed.

Okay, perfect.

I have one last question. I followed this guide https://docs.opencloud.eu/docs/admin/getting-started/container/docker-compose/docker-compose-base for production use.
It says to set two variables like this: OC_DOCKER_IMAGE=opencloudeu/opencloud
OC_DOCKER_TAG=2.
Is this the correct configuration?
I don't want it to work like Collabora; setting it as I wrote isn't the open source version of Open Cloud.

OpenCloud has a rolling and a production release. Both versions are opensrouce.

Example:

OC_DOCKER_IMAGE=opencloudeu/opencloud
OC_DOCKER_TAG=4.0

If you set 4.0 it will update patch releases when you do docker compose pull
