obs-backgroundremoval Build issues on MacOS

When I try to build the package on my Intel Mac running Sonoma 14.6.1 with Xcode version: 15.3.0.0.1.1708646388 I am getting the output:

I had to install the full Xcode UI not just the command line tools to get this to work.
