Not exactly the same thing as having something that's "built-in" and part of default settings. But thanks, though. |

Hi to everyone. I hope Clem and Joseph M. sees this. I am suggesting (more like asking, rather) that Linux Mint please add a light theme for the new Cinnamon theme. Right now, as far as I know, the only theme color that's going to be released is black/dark. I feel as though it would be more user-friendly to also include a light option with the new Cinnamon theme. Choice is good. I did ask Joseph M. if a light theme was going to also be done, and he said "no." That was a couple months ago. I am formally asking this to be reconsidered, please, in the name of user choice and user interface/user experience (UI/UX) logistics/friendliness. Other themes in Linux Mint also include options for "mixed" and "light" options. Why not the new default Cinnamon menu? I hope Clem and Joseph M. will see it in their hearts (and minds) to understand (and agree?) with my request here. Thank you very much (and for Linux Mint, too).
