Claude code allows monitoring via OpenTelemetry: https://docs.anthropic.com/en/docs/claude-code/monitoring-usage

It only emits Opentelemetry logs/events, thus we'd need to add a new endpoint for claude code specifically that transforms these into meaningful traces in Langfuse

@marcklingen Just to clarify — is the integration between Claude Code SDK and Langfuse currently not working at all, or is it working only for certain use cases or metrics? Trying to understand if some traces are already supported or if this is still in the early stages of integration.
