Where do you wanna go today?

In class today we brain stormed about what topics we har covered so far, that each one would like to explore more.

We enden up with four concepts, each concept have two groups:

1. Docker A - MarcusFN/DockerProject
2. Docker B - kea-classrooms/DockerProject2
3. Static web A - kea-classrooms/StaticWEB/
4. Static web B - frannerkea/state-web-1
5. Bash and CLI scripting A - gottbrecht/Scripting-for-dummies
6. Bash and CLI scripting B - MathildeTrendy/CLI-2
7. GitHub Actions A - MeH2607/GitActionTeknologi
8. GitHub Actions B - Hjordten/GithubActions

Each group was asked to spend 30 mins (a time box a.k.a a spike) on.

• Set up a repository

  • Make it Public
  • Add everyone (including @lakruzz) in the group as collaborators
  • Create a project give everyone access (including @lakruzz)
  • Come up with cards/issues to plan what to do for the rest of the day today (4x45 mins) and next Monday (8x45 mins) roughly ≈ 9 hours in total.

• Present your plan the plan for class

• Get cracking at it

• Build something!

• Share it (make it public).

Challenge

How do you organize your own training/learning on a topic when you just barely understand the concepts?

Ideas could be:

Explore tool/technology tutorials: Work them together, build a trace of your own learning - store anything as code that way the only thing you ned to track back is to understand your own code!

Understand explore the most important concepts What is it that you done't know? You don't know! Figure it out!

Google, Blog posts, ChatGPT are all in the same category, which we could refer to "The wisdom of the crowd" (a.k.a knos as "twitter brain").

What fun exercises could a group af three computer science student sped 6-9 hours on (each) to get an introduction to the concept of X. Thay would generate a concrete end product that could be shared with the rest of the class.
