Media segments verification

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out how media segments works. I have the latest jellyfin version: 10.11.4.
I have Chapter Segments Provider enabled some time ago and task was run. I've even run it manually - it takes less than minute.
If I proper understand there should be some metadata information about it? Should be there any additional task/plugin enabled and run?
I don't see any chapters/buttons when I'm watching in web interface.

The chapter segment provider creates media segments from chapters within video files. If you don't have any chapters you'll also not have any media segments.

It seems I found a problem - metadata don't want to refresh. In some episodes segments are visible, but in most of them not. I've tried to force it manually with Refresh Metadata in menu using all 3 options, per episode/series but I don't know why some was updated and some not. Is there any other possibility to do this manually?
