Settings are not saved

Hi,
I tried to set the under Display -> Libraries
"Size of library pages" to 0
and "Background" to checked
for the users, but this is not saved.
Jellyfin tells me that it was saved, but after login in again I have to set it up again.
Is there a BUG or did I missed something?

I'm running Jellyfin 10.11.4 as a docker compose on my TrueNAS

Just tried to change the language-setting.

Here Jellyfin also tells me that the change was saved, but the language stays like it was (reloaded page and also restarted browser)
