Add setting to disable Pull Down to Refresh

Describe the feature

I would like to see a way to disable Pull down to Refresh on the iOS app. Ideally per sidebar page, but a global one would do.

Use cases

My use case is the Zircon3D Add-on. It's an interactive 3D representation of the floor-plan of my home with a heat-map, The interactive aspect of it works only on the X axis on the phone, as the moment you drag on the Y axis Pull Down to Refresh engages and the 3D viewport sort of snaps out of place.

Examples

There's plenty of settings on the Companion App section. Could be bundled under the Gestures sub-menu.
