Not for production: SECURITY.md templates

Do you know that Eclipse Foundation provides templates for your Project? We have recently released a template for example/demo repository SECURITY.md. SECURITY.md is a file security researchers look into to find out how to report potential vulnerabilities, and you can include other vital information too.
