Beyond eliminating careless mistakes, I'm hoping to learn how much productivity gain potential there is in fully automating scientific workflows. That is, can we eliminate the need to do annoying and wasteful activities like:

• Manually rerunning plotting scripts after a change in processing logic
• Manually copying figures to Overleaf after a change in plotting code
• Manually copying data back and forth to an HPC
