Support for opentelemetry

The https://opentelemetry.io/ standard has support for metrics, logs and traces to be sent.

With the many integrations and vendors supporting it I reckon it's pretty widely used

even Datadog, Newrelic and Sentry are some big ones that do support it.

Showing the traces like we have in the Inspector integration, Exceptions like we have in the Sentry integration and logs like we have in our monolog integration.

I think it'd be quite interesting to get this working but would like some opinions on it before starting on it
