The AGNTCY Steering Committee has approved 3 working group charters & initial leads:

Identity WG		#wg-identity	AGNTCY identity working group

AGNTCY working groups are organizations responsible for the design and implementation of large architectural aspects of the overall AGNTCY project. Working groups operate with a fair amount of autonomy within the broader scope of the project.

The AGNTCY team welcomes those interested to join discussions in slack, attend meetings, review roadmap items, comment on issues/PRs, and any other contribution methods!

For the Identity WG:

I recommend the group take a look at the broader work happening across the decentralized identity community—particularly through organizations like the Decentralized Identity Foundation, Trust Over IP, W3C, and others. Many of these groups, including several nonprofit 501(c)(3)s, have been focused on identity challenges for years and bring deep expertise. There's a huge push right now for decentralized agentic identity and their ongoing efforts are highly aligned. It could offer valuable insight and momentum for this work.

Great suggestions Andor. We are looking at several fora around decentralized identities and the evolution of proposals and standards in the agentic space. Any particular source / organization that you would recommend?
